The act of ‘double-clicking’ associated with the process of authentification and non-repudiation, and protecting the integrity of the related messages, constitutes an e-signature. Article 3.2: Attending the event online
Last updated 2 April 2021: In light of the current health crisis, we are faced with a large number of constraints and uncertainties which mean that we will no longer be able to host the event on site, with participants attending in person. The business convention will therefore be accessible exclusively online.
The business convention will take place online the 9, 10 and 11 June 2021(except for the Tasting & Testing Tour, and the get-together evening which are now cancelled). 11 June is a bonus day scheduled exclusively for one-to-one business meetings online.
Given the current state and developments of the pandemic, we can no longer safely guarantee that the event will be held on site, with participants attending in person. Therefore, the B2B business meetings will be held 100% online. The organizers cannot guarantee the number of meetings, nor the availability of each participant.
Article 3.3: Lunch
Last updated 2 April 2021: Given that the event will now be held 100% online, the organizers will no longer be providing lunch.
No reduction can be offered to those attending the event online, to compensate for what was initially assigned to cover catering costs. Instead, the costs are transferred to the service of broadcasting the event live online via video, and for managing the online access to the B2B meetings.
Article 3.4: The after-work get-together evening
